A welcome break from animation :o)

Indeed......Whenever I'm not animating, i can be seen trying my hands at modelling these days! Its so much fun when you model something you've always loved and adored...like "TOTORO" :o) My tribute to this exceptional, cute little film called "My neighbor totoro"!!!

I did the texturing for it as well :o) though not very sure how good or bad it actually is! Went on experimenting till it looked kinda okay to me...... and i stopped right there :o)

Thanks everyone for the nice comments!

Steve: Its not my character, its TOTORO from Hayao Miyazaki's anime classic "My neighbor totoro"!

Virginia: Thanks a lot for the nice words, as always. You are right...Totoro is furry, indeed and i'll try giving it some fur...Or I will send the model to you for texturing...since you do it so well and i have just started ;o)

Great job! I love that character too, theres something special about it, like it's cute and scarry at the same time or something. Are you going to animate it?

Hans

Chu ! It's a really Chu Totoro!
This is one of my favorite movies. It's a nice model . I like his feet, they are so small and sutle next to his body. :)
